Youth Leadership London Youth are currently recruiting for our annual free Youth Leadership Training (to take place Saturday 10th- Sunday 11th July). We are looking for young people (16-24) who might regularly volunteer with you, or a young person who you think would benefit from some training in how to become a Youth Leader. We will provide free training in areas such as how to recruit participants, leading sessions, group dynamics and dealing with difficult situations which will then enable the young people to run 7-10 sessions with young people in your organisation over the summer. Following a successful placement, the young person will receive an AQA certification in Youth Leadership. This is a great way to reward loyal volunteers with extra training and certification or perhaps encourage young people who are regulars at your club to take a step up to volunteering and running sessions themselves.
