Sir Bert Massie Praises Activenture Sir Bert Massie CBE, Commissioner for the Compact, has praised Activenture. Sir Bert's previous roles include Chair of the Disability Rights Commission and Chief Executive of disability charity Radar. Sir Bert recently said - "As a disabled boy in the 1960's I fortunate in being able to take part in adventure holidays similar to those provided now by Activenture. "I know from first hand experience that such holidays provide experiences and adventure beyond the expectations of those who take part. "Activenture creates a step change in the aspirations of young disabled people and those with complex needs. "But there is more. Activenture also changes the lives of non-disabled volunteers."
