London Youth has been awarded Reach, the quality assurance framework for Youth Action agencies. The framework focuses on all aspects our Youth Action work from accessibility, induction and progression, safety, diversity, support, reflection and learning to recognition, community benefit, partnership working and youth participation. 

When we embarked on this assessment process two years ago it seemed we had a long way to go to demonstrate consistent, high-quality involvement of young people across the organisation. We have now achieved the award with flying colours. This is testimony to not only the hard work of Nicola Moore and Richard Underhill (who have led on this project) but to how far London Youth has come as a whole organisation at involving young people effectively in what we do and supporting them to achieve and progress.
