As a part of London Youth's on-going commitment to youth employability, the Youth Action team bring to you their interactive and fun employment skills workshops. Employability training is about empowering young people with the skills and confidence to move forward in the market place by putting training in place that directly meets their needs.

Run in-house at our training facility, we can create a bespoke programme to best suit the needs of your group, based around four AQA accredited modules:

• skills identification & development
• CV & application form writing
• interview skills
• job hunting technique

Led by Youth Action trainers with experience of motivating young people and supporting them into work, your group will learn the tips and techniques that can really make a difference when looking and applying for jobs. A young person will come away from a London Youth employability workshop having more idea of where they want to go, a clearer sense of how to get there and more confidence to move forward.
