The following information is intended for families wishing to apply for a subsidised place on the understanding that none of the cost will be paid by their local authority. Activenture will fundraise to pay the balance of the total cost due for each placement.

Please note completion of a Provisional Guest Booking Form does not guarantee a place – confirmation will be sent along with a detailed Care Plan/Medical Form to be completed.

We release new dates on a 6 monthly basis for both guests and volunteers. This generally happens at the end of January and August.

Activenture will do it's best to respond to all guest applications as soon as possible.

In some rare circumstances an individual may not be suitable for Activenture for safety or care reasons – in this situation we will of course provide you with a full explanation.
