The following information is intended for families residing in Surrey wishing to apply for a funded placement subject to availability. This offer ends 31st March 2012.

Surrey County Council has set the following qualification criteria: places are allocated through the Children with Disabilities Teams.

In some rare circumstances an individual young person may not be suitable for Activenture for safety and / or care reasons – in this situation we will of course provide you with a full explanation.
