Activenture is open to all young people 8-18 years of age with impairments and we will assess each application on an individual basis so that every effort can be made to ensure that our programme is appropriate for the young person.

In some rare circumstances an individual young person may not be suitable for our project due to safety and / or care reasons – in this situation we will of course provide you with a full explanation.

A Provisional Guest Booking Form must be completed to apply for a placement (we are sorry but we are unable to accept any telephone reservations). When a signed booking form has been received and if we have sufficient places available, a more detailed Care Plan/Medical Form will be sent to you.

When the Care Plan/Medical Form has been completed, signed and returned, we will contact you to confirm the placement. A few weeks prior to the stay, we will send you final joining instructions and a medical update form to be brought on arrival.
