Set in extensive, beautiful grounds in the Chiltern Hills near Amersham in Buckinghamshire, Woodrow High House is a comprehensive and flexible resource for youth groups.
We run weekend and school holiday residentials; have excellent training facilities and classrooms; staff who are used to working with youth groups every weekend (the Head of Centre is a qualified youth worker) and who are in tune with delivering youth work objectives; superb leadership development activities and programmes; and a beautiful outdoor space accessible from the city but away from it.
We have archery, outdoor and indoor problem solving, orienteering, a ropes course, night walks, a variety of environmental studies activities, observatory, swimming pool, sports hall, astroturf, stage, a recording studio, computer suite and lounges and classrooms for self-programmed sessions.
