Woodrow High House in the Chiltern Hills has a superb, newly refurbished, floodlit Astroturf Facility available for use by both residential groups and for hire by external users from Amersham, Bucks and beyond. There is availability up to September 2010 at the following times - •
Monday 6-7pm
During a recent refurbishment the facility has been completely resurfaced with a third generation Astroturf top, the drainage has been renewed and new fencing has also been installed. Our grateful thanks to The Football Foundation and The Sherling Trust for their support and generosity. Initial feedback following the reopening has been very positive with many people commenting how close to real grass the pitch looks and feels like.
