Hindleap is on the northern edge of the beautiful Ashdown Forest and expeditions out onto the forest are easy to organise. These can be half or full day excursions. Some groups use the opportunity to practise navigation skills - working together to find their way across the forest. There is also the chance to put the emphasis more on the local environment and immerse the young people in the history and wildlife of the forest. |
