If you are thinking about volunteering for a residential week you can download all our forms below, but we suggest the following is worth bearing in mind:

1) Send in your residential application form as soon as possible - places will go very quickly (you can train after gaining a place, but before you actually go residential).

2) Indicate on your form any weeks that you are available and indicate your weeks in preferred order. In the event that your first choice is full we can then offer your second, and so on.

3) If we cannot offer you a place on your chosen weeks we may offer you a reserve place - we often work our way through our reserve list as volunteer circumstances often change when applying so far ahead (e.g. get a job).

4) If you are willing to be a reserve in the event that we cannot offer you a place, then please state this on your form so that you get added onto the list as soon as possible to be higher on it (this means you have best chance to be contacted soonest if a place arises).

5) Trained reserves will get a higher priority on the reserve list!
