Admissions criteria

Activenture is open to all young people 8-18 years of age with disabilities and / or special needs, although we are usually unable to take children who have a history of running off and / or are likely to persistently display violent / aggressive behaviour.

London Youth will assess each application on an individual basis so that every effort can be made to ensure that Activenture is appropriate for the young person.

A BOOKING FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TO APPLY FOR A PROVISIONAL PLACEMENT (we are sorry but we are unable to accept any telephone reservations). 

When a postal booking has been received and if we have sufficient places available, a Care Plan/Medical Form will be sent to you.

Only when the Booking Form and Care Plan/Medical Form have been completed, signed and returned, will the reservation be confirmed.
