Vanessa Lee Vanessa Lee is Head of People, Planning & Information Vanessa joined London Youth in November 2007. In her role Vanessa leads on people matters relating to how London Youth manages and develops those who work here, coordinates the process around the formation of our annual operational plan, manages the ICT network and systems and is Secretary to the Trustee Board. Vanessa is currently undertaking the CIPD post-graduate professional development scheme. For many years Vanessa worked in the aviation and oil and gas sectors, working in Nigeria and the Middle East, as part of a management consultancy involved in re-branding, commercialisation and management buy-out projects. She later moved to the voluntary sector where she worked as Executive Administration Manager at Kent Community Housing Trust, a social care charity providing support to vulnerable adults and young people. Vanessa volunteers as a mentor supporting young people who are living independently and assists with conservation projects in Kent where she lives and West London where she originates from.
