Russell joined London Youth in November 2008 as a Sales Manager. Based at Hindleap Warren Outdoor Education Centre his job involves advertising, ensuring annual visitors get their regular spaces, communicating with groups before trips and chasing late payment (which is a job he hates!!!).

Previous to this Russell worked all over the World teaching sailing and running water sports centres.

A perfect day for him is being out on the sea with 20 knots of breeze flying along with the spinnaker up.
