Nicola Moore heads up our Youth Action Team. Nicola joined London Youth in December 2005 to work on the Millennium Volunteers Programme and in 2008 she took over the exciting new YouthWorks programme. As part of the programme young people have the chance to take their Level 1 Foundation in Youth Work qualification and Nicola is also one of the trainers on the course.  Nicola loves this aspect of the role and sees getting young people together in groups, learning from discussion and by ‘doing’ at the core of the teams work with young people.

As team manager Nicola also oversees the running of core programmes such as Keyfund and Future Jobs Fund as well as developing innovative new projects. Supporting a committed and lively team is at the heart of her role, making sure that their ideas and passions take shape into real offers for young people across London.

Nicola has recently completed her training with CTI and now also works as a trained Life Coach. Passionate about using coaching techniques with young people she believes in the potential of all young people to be the best that they can be.
