Gary Hartin Gary Hartin, Head of Performance Improvement & Information, has responsibility for supporting London Youth's members, primarily through the London Youth Quality Mark. Gary has been with London Youth since April 2007 following a 20 year career in the commercial retail sector. He has extensive management experience both as an auditor and business analyst. Gary has strong community ties with eight years experience as a school governor. He also holds the public role of Justice of the Peace in Haringey.
