Esther Thompson

Esther Thompson is Head of Training. In her role she manages the range of short and long, in-house and open training courses that London Youth offers, as well as supporting a pool of expert trainers. She is currently working on the development and expansion of the training programme. 

Before taking on her current role, Esther held a range of posts in volunteering and youth work in East London including working for Dalston Youth Project, Hackney Volunteer Centre and previously working for London Youth as a Millennium Volunteers Development Officer in 2001.

Esther currently works 4 days a week as she is also studying for a Diploma in Counselling. She has a keen interest in Buddhism and likes walking in the countryside.
