Amanda Agates Amanda Agates is the Positive Change Officer based at the Central Eltham Youth Project in Greenwich. She has a wealth of experience in formal and informal education for young people at risk of exclusion. Amanda is a qualified Youth worker who has significant experience of youth offending, gang culture, substance misuse and risk taking behaviour.
