Winston Goode
Winston Goode is our Positive Change Manager and has been at London Youth since 2009. Based in Lambeth, Winston offers training, support, and pathways into employment for young people form the most economically disadvantaged neighbourhoods in the area, whilst building partnerships with other agencies in order to improve the services available to young people.
He is a very experienced youth worker with over 20 years in the field. Winston has worked within youth services and after-school clubs, with his main focuses including coaching, sports development, youth offending and targeted youth inclusion.
Whilst working at London Youth, Winston is also working alongside Belong London where he mentors young offenders in Greenwich, works as a Family Contact Supervisor to facilitate contact between parents and children and Social Services, and is currently part of the Mayor’s mentoring programme for young black men aged 10 to 16.
Winston’s main passion lies within football, as well as investing in the stock market.
