Nicola Moore
A previous volunteer at London Youth, Nicola joined London Youth in December 2005 to work on the Millennium Volunteers Programme and in 2008 she took over the exciting project YouthWorks, supporting young people to volunteer in youth clubs.
In January 2010 she took over the running of the Youth Action and Leadership team. As team manager Nicola also oversaw the running of core programmes such as Keyfund and Future Jobs Fund as well as developing innovative new projects which currently include partnership with The Challenge and Career-ability. Supporting a committed and lively team is at the heart of her role, making sure that their ideas and passions take shape into real offers for young people across London.
A recent Common Purpose graduate, Nicola has also recently completed Coaching training with CTI and now also works as a trained Life Coach. Passionate about using coaching techniques with young people she believes in the potential of all young people to be the best that they can be.
